KESSOI - the Kenya Economic Social Solidarity Initiative - was born in Nairobi out of a simple but urgent reality: too many hardworking Kenyans are shut out of the financial systems that could change their lives. SACCOs are powerful tools for wealth creation, but myths, weak governance, and lack of financial knowledge have kept millions from fully benefiting. We don't come as rescuers. We work alongside grassroots leaders, SACCO officials, entrepreneurs, women groups, youth, and farmers - equipping them with the knowledge and tools to build their own prosperity. Because capital without capacity only creates debt. But capacity plus community creates lasting change.
